Gave me the best fucking welcome I've ever had.

No, seriously.

Shokora and I boarded the train that would take us to Iwatodai around the time we were scheduled to depart. I ate some weird station food sushi before we got on. Yeah, it looked a little off, but I was hungry, and if there's anything I don't do, it's waste food.
We held up our end of the bargain in getting on the train on time. But apparently it had some "difficulties" on the way to Iwatodai, and so we got there about two hours late, right before midnight.

Would you believe me if I told you my life turns into Silent Hill every night at midnight?
Yeah, of course you wouldn't.
But it does.

First impression of Iwatodai = the best, ever.

I should mention I've been to Iwatodai before. I used to live here for a while, actually. ...But we won't go into that. It's been years, anyway. I don't remember stuff from back then.

We got to our dorm pretty quick given the lack of traffic. And... people. That's normal and all, right? So we go in, and no one is there. That's also quite normal. That turning-into-Silent-Hill phenomenon, it only seems to affect Shokora and I. Everyone else turns into a bunch of coffins. Yeah, you think you had nightmares as a kid. At least by now, there's not much shit you haven't seen that'll actually scare you. Probably the only reason that horror movies have absolutely no appeal to me whatsoever. You see people screaming about being sucked into these hellhole dimensions and you can't help but feel like, 'Dude, get over it. That was me when I was like, ten. I sat under the monster-moon and drank blood.'

So what's not normal is for some chick to run up out of nowhere and threaten to shoot us for trespassing. With a gun! Where the hell did she get a gun!? Did I mention the door was unlocked? Yeah. If you don't want trespassers, at least lock your fucking doors, Christ!

Before she could shoot us, some other girl came up and stopped her. She had a gun, too. Go figure.
My new dormmates are the best, right?

Some little boy showed up somewhere in there, too. He was probably half my age, give or take a few years, and looked like he just broke out of jail. Yeah, things were starting to get fucking weird right about then, so I decided I was going to go to bed before I started hallucinating anything else unfathomably weird and uncalled for.

I really need to lay off the video games or something. I mean, I don't even know where any of that came from.  That or I need to be a lot more careful about eating strange sushi.

The next day, things looked normal. For whatever reason, the chick who tried to shoot us -- her name is Yukari -- was chosen as our tour guide for the day, and she led Shokora and I to our new private school. There was surprisingly no mention of guns or little boys, so I was starting to think I had just been really trippy last night before Yukari mentioned that we shouldn't bring up what happened to anyone.

...Wait, you mean the part where you tried to shoot us? Why, because you don't want anyone to know what the hell happened when we show up dead for trespassing in our own dormitory?
No. No, see, she meant the part where everyone turned into bloody coffins. Yeah. Because if I told someone about that, they would actually. You know. Believe me.
Thanks for the tip, man.
Wouldn't know what to do without you.

School itself was pretty normal. Except everyone and their dog kept asking me about Yukari. Whether or not she had a boyfriend. Whether or not I was her boyfriend. I walked to school with her, so what? We live in the same dorm. Quite frankly, she tried to shoot me. That's totally... love, right there.
I ate lunch alone with Shokora. I mentioned that little boy, because I swear to God I saw him. ...She looked at me like I was nuts, so hey, I guess I really was tripping out at least part of the time. But in my defense, it's pretty bad when you can't tell what's actually going on from your own hallucinations.

So, maybe I'm just as nuts as everyone else here. I'll fit right in!
Gekkoukan High School is my perfect place <3

help me.

So I made a blog.

And let me tell you, that was the longest process ever.

Finding a URL that wasn't taken wasted about thirty minutes of my life. It's pretty bad when 'whatthefuckisavailable' is already taken as a blog URL. Yeah. I got sick of trying and let Shokora handle it, since it was her idea that I get one of these in the first place.
I ended up with 'mintp3'. ...It's not 'fluffy bunny sparkles!' so I'll stick with it.

Not much going on right now, with the exception of my school deciding to throw Shokora and I into a private academy on the coast a few towns over. We don't exactly have any parents to clear the business with, so all it really took was our okays on the matter and off we go to Iwatodai.

That whole thing was pretty suspicious. But apparently the school we're supposed to go to is very "esteemed" and so our academic prowess is being acknowledged or some bullshit. I don't really care where they stick me as long as it gets me through to college.

Life is boring. D: Isn't there more to do at 3 AM?

I'll keep this thing updated when I have the time.
